Airfare Component of Your Holiday – Important Information: Please note most airlines are unable to confirm flight bookings until approximately 8–10 months prior to departure. If your booking has been made outside of this window, the airfares included in your package holiday are based on a specified allowance. Should there be a significant increase in airfares, taxes, or government fees, an airfare supplement may be imposed. Our team will discuss available options with you prior to ticketing should this situation arise.
Important Flight Information: Due to airline booking restrictions, flights can only be confirmed between 8 to 10 months prior to departure. If your booking falls outside this window, your booking confirmation will outline the flight date and routing included in your package. One of our specialist air team members will contact you once the booking window opens to discuss your preferred options prior to ticketing. Flights may not operate daily or directly to your destination. Departure or arrival may occur on a day before or after the itinerary date. Flights must be taken in the order shown on your ticket. Failure to board any flight sector will result in automatic cancellation of all onward flights by the airline. Many airlines allow seat selection at the time of booking, though fees may apply. Alternatively, complimentary seat selection may be available during online check-in, typically up to 48 hours prior to departure, subject to availability. Please provide your frequent flyer membership details to your consultant for inclusion in your booking. However, we cannot guarantee that points or status credits will be awarded, as not all airfare levels qualify. Refer to your frequent flyer program for specific terms and upgrade options. Baggage allowance varies by airline and flight routing. Please confirm this with your consultant prior to travel. Internal flights within North America and Europe often do not include baggage allowance by default, though it can be added at check-in starting from approximately US$25 per bag. For accurate baggage fees, consult your airline directly. If you wish to extend your holiday package with additional nights, visit other cities, or select a preferred airline, our team will endeavour to accommodate your request once flights fall within the booking window.
